It has been nearly 18 months since I posed the question of which e-reader to buy. Since then I've made up my mind but am waiting for the right opportunity to get one (and to justify it anywhere in my budget).
Kindle was nice enough to come out with their apps for the computer so I actually already have a nice library of books ready to add to my new kindle (if I ever get one). JR Rain's books being some of my favorite.
However my birthday is next Monday and even though I hinted to my daughter that her mom would absolutely love this "little bitty book" as my one present I don't think it is going to happen.
But it sounds like BzzAgent is going to have a really nice opportunity for some of their agents to get their hands on a brand new Kindle to use.....PLEASE PICK ME...I love tech toys and would love to have one of these babies in my hands.
Just in case they don't KC here is the link to buy your mom her birthday present...Or at least pretend to.
Good Books, Good Wine, Good Friends What Could be Better.

Movie - Babies
I know I said this would be a book review site and it really will be in the long run. However since this is my blog if I find something else that might be interesting (no politics, religion, or celebrities I promise) I will be posting it here.
I have a movie trailer for you all to check out. No it isn't my normal type of movie. Not scifi or even action/adventure, however it looks like a really nice feel good movie coming out for Mother's Day. I might even tell my brat (I do love her but it has been quite a while -17 years- since she has been this cute) that this is what I want to do for Mother's Day. A nice relaxing breakfast followed by this movie.
After you watch the trailer please take the time to enter a picture of your sweetie pie in the Babies contest below.
I mentioned in a previous post that one of the companies that I do WOM (Word of Mouth) advertising for is BzzAgent. BzzAgent has given me the opportunity to have an advance peek at some of the promotional materials for this movie. In exchange for me sharing with all of you, each time one of those links is clicked I earn points towards a drawing of some really great prizes.
While I may not have a little one anymore and don't need a years supply of diapers I do know a very special young lady that would be able to use any of the baby related prizes out there.
So help me count down to both the movies release and Mother's Day.
Don't forget to call your mom and grandmothers and tell them you love them.

Monavie & ACN & BzzAgent & Vocalpoint
Irons in the fire for me.
I love the Monavie brand products and use the gel packets on a daily basis. I am an authorized distributor but it isn't anything I really push on people. At least I don't think so. I am always willing to give friends samples of their new products as they come out. I have a website set up @ http://mymonavie.com/boi if you ever want to look for more information.
ACN - Independent Telecommunications distributor. I have just started in this and it is something that I see great potential for myself in. I have been telling quite a few friends and family members the latest and greatest promotions or phone products for awhile. I might as well be getting a commission on it instead of sending them to a specific dealers store or website. This way I can also make sure that they stay happy with their service. I have my own online website set up for this one too @ http://ludington.acnrep.com
Bzzagent...This is the one that actually made me realize how much networking about products that I already do. This company contracts with product manufacturers to spread the word "or BZZZ" about their products. In return for "bzzing" Bzzagent sends you samples and coupons to help spread the word. They don't expect you to talk about a product that you know nothing about. Campaigns fill up quickly and are based on demographis and region. They wouldn't have someone in the NW bzz about a business that is only located in the SE. If you are interested check them out @ http://bzzagent.com
Vocalpoint...Let manufacturers know your thoughts. Every so often this place does campaigns similar to bzzagents. They also frequently send out coupons for you and friends you choose to give them to. I have had so many that I couldn't list them all. The most recent were for a free box of Rice Krispies for me and $1 off coupons for friends. The local Albertson's had a sale going on the made them about $.50 per box. http://www.vocalpoint.com
Each of the above projects help me feel useful and like I am actually accomplishing something other then "just" being a full time college student.
